Sleep is a key factor in living well with Parkinson's.  Good sleep habits can improve the quality and quantity of your sleep. This can in turn can improve your balance, movement,  fatigue and the quality of your life. Problems with sleep can result in increased fatigue, issues with RBD and REM.  Don't know what RBD and REM are?  Join Leslie Wise, Parkinson's Physical Therapist Specialist as she shares information about these issues and strategies to help improve your sleep habits.
