The Greenville Area Parkinson Society holds an annual Strike Out Parkinson’s Day at Fluor Field in April. This member-driven event is a celebration of what people with Parkinson’s can do. It is an opportunity for the people of Greenville to participate in fun activities, learn more about Parkinson’s Disease, and see how various programs and services available in our community can benefit those living with Parkinson's Disease.

So, how does it work? There are two options:
You can choose to host an in-office tournament in September or October for a minimum of $500 donation. GAPS will supply you with putters, balls, score sheets, tees, and putting cups. You decide how to create your team-building event, but below are a few pictures to give you some ideas. Your winning foursome is then invited to Zen Banquet Hall in November to compete in the finals for bragging rights to this year’s Water Cooler Classic trophy and to win the Grand Prize!
The next Water Cooler Classic tournament will begin September 2020!
If you are interested in scheduling a tournament, email Patricia Randall at email@example.com to inquire about available dates.
If you don’t have the staff for a full tournament or you’re just interested in bringing 3 friends to the finals, you can pay $500 for a spot in the finals event in November.
If you are interested in being part of the finals’ foursomes, please contact the event director firstname.lastname@example.org for reservations and invoicing.
All proceeds benefit the Greenville Area Parkinson Society and stay right here in the Upstate!
We thank you in advance for your involvement and support!
