ABOUT DR. JHUNJHUNWALA
Dr. Jhunjhunwala received his medical degree from Miraj Medical College in India. He received a PhD in clinical neurosciences from the National Institute on Mental Health and Neurosciences in Bangalore, India, where he was involved in clinical neurology and research. He studies various movement disorders, a sub-specialty of neurology mainly involving patients with tremors and Parkinsons Disease. Dr. Jhunjhunwala moved to the United States and completed his residency in neurology at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. Dr. Jhunjhunwala then completed an interventional pain fellowship at the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he performed various advanced pain procedures such as spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pumps for chronic pain patients.
