PROGRAMS

GAPS is proud to offer a wide variety of programs and services designed to support the Parkinson’s community. Each week, we provide in-person and virtual exercise opportunities. Classes are led by licensed and certified professionals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, ensuring safe and effective instruction.

To further support emotional well-being, GAPS offers monthly support groups led by professional facilitators. These groups give participants a safe place to share experiences, find encouragement, and engage in meaningful conversations that foster resilience and hope.

Beyond exercise and support groups, GAPS creates a welcoming space for connection and community. Enrichment activities such as Monthly Social gatherings and Parkinson’s in the PM provide fun opportunities to socialize and build friendships.

“Parkinson's patients are the experts on what we have. We have a responsibility as patients to share our experience — what works for us, what we respond to, what we can contribute to research.”
